nipple piercing and water polo?

hey all,

as the title says, i play water polo but i REALLY want nipple piercings and have wanted them for a while. i (f) would be wearing a suit that covers them and is pretty tight whenever i play, but the risk of getting kicked or the suit getting grabbed is always there. has anyone made this combo work, or knows anyone that has made it work, and if so, how? water polo is a huge part of my life so i’m not willing to give it up long term atm, although i could/would take a break for healing. tia😁
