Onboarding question

hello po, anyone from onboarding team or HR dito ? pag hindi ba na-meet yung deadline sa IVI rejected na ba? ang nangyare kase may certain document akong di nailakad agad kase kelangan akong i-sched due to volume ng tao. So kahit gusto kong i-accomplish nun wala akong choice but to wait which i notified them naman via enail and nag upload pa ako ng explanation letter with the stab na binigay, and now i was able to submit those pending requirements, pero since last week walang nag r-response sa emails and text ko. Ghinost na ba ako?? kase 1 week nadin yung prev doc na inupload ko pero pending for review pa din.

I tried to communicate pero even my recruiter di ma-reach. I’m worried kase nakapag render nako ng 30-days notice sa old company ko just so i could prepare with my start date which is 2 weeks from now.
