Kicked by EAC: Heartbeat from client timed out - Authentication timed out (PS5 Crossplay)

We have 4 steam/PC users + one PS5 player and crossplay has worked well until we explored some of the desert zone of the map. Now, everyone can join except the PS5 player, it takes them 8+ minutes to load in, and then they get the error in the title and it kicks them before they can join.

We've tried:

- Changing config ServerMaxWorldTransferSpeedKiBs from 512 to 1300

- Disabling EAC

- Verifying game files

- Synced PC clock time

Any advice?
