[M4F] Well... this is awkward. Professor and student stuck in a dorm room during a blizzard

Timely, no? Hope everyone survived the big storm earlier (and will survive the one coming tomorrow...)

I have a general plot/direction in mind, but certainly want to brainstorm things together before jumping in.

The basic premise - you're a student in one of my classes and come to my office hours late on a Friday night as a winter storm stirs up. It's pretty bad outside when we leave, so I offer to walk you back to your dorm to make sure you get there safely - when the storm picks up violently and knocks the power out. You offer to invite me in for shelter since I'm certainly not getting home tonight.

Definitely in for a majorly slow burn, tons of tension and clinging to maintaining appropriate professionalism, doesn't even need to turn into sex - I rather enjoy the dance and the "we really shouldn't"s and the agonizingly slow pace of finding (and gently bending) the lines in an admittedly awkward situation.

Admittedly, I'm pretty new to the whole roleplaying thing, so I may not know the correct "etiquette" or how things are "supposed" to go - but as I've learned, I'd mostly like this in first person, mostly dialogue based, and would much prefer "live" sessions (over text or even over voice if that's a thing!) vs sporadic paragraphs every few days. Oh, and I adore OOC chatting - either just getting to know each other in general, talking about our characters/premise, or just enjoying each others company! Totally flexible on that, I'd love a connection first and foremost, with the roleplay simply being a means of exploring it.

To be clear - let's chat here first for a bit, get a feel for each other and see what we can come up with. So be yourself! And, hopefully, this can be something longterm and lovely.
