Boot to Da Head, Part Deux

An update, and another quick wave of getting it off my chest...

Short recap from HERE: I got removed from a district's emergency substitution list after "recent conversations with our building administrators" because of concerns "regarding expectations and fit within our substitute pool."

I sent an e-mail reply asking for clarification, fully not expecting a response. Lo and behold, they did...and it was just as vague and unhelpful as their first message. The gist of it is "...the decision was based on several classroom experiences and overall fit within our district expectations for substitutes."

Ummmm...yeah.

"Several classroom experiences," huh? Interesting, considering that I hadn't received a complaint, verbal or otherwise. Not even a visit from Administration.

I'm just going to write it off as a "personal" issue instead of a "personnel" one.
