Anyone not feeling their bday this year ?

To be fair I’m rarely in the mood for my birthday when it comes around lately, but I’m really not feeling it this year. Could be everything that’s going on in the world (the humanitarian in me feels helpless) or just my own life/stress..idk I’m just not in the mood.

I used to have bday dinners and parties growing up and all through high school, but now that I’m turning 24 tomorrow (oh my god I’m officially mid 20s 💔) I lowkey just wanna go buy some books and splurge on myself a little, and be a big back with my family while we watch some movies 😭

Idk, I don’t feel like I’m missing out by not partying or clubbing.. would love to a trip next year though. But I’m so content with a boring laid back birthday the older I get.
