IVF in Mexico close to Valentine’s Day

Hello! My husband (34) and me (35F) are going to Mexico the week of Valentine’s Day. We are going to do the transfer (put the baby on the belly) around the 18th. I wanted to do something special for him on the 14. I don’t have a lot of imagination for surprises or gifts. We have been trying for babies the last 6 years. We are very hopeful that this time is going to work. If you have any ideas or suggestions please let me know. I’m just thinking about basic things but I would like something different. It doesn’t have to be expensive, or super cheap. I don’t really have a budget in mind. Thank you.
