Suggest a cruise or a private island

I'm in manila soon and planning to have our second honeymoon in nearby islands. Are there any cruise or a private island which has more privacy for couples? I would like to spend some good time skinny dipping having fun, sipping wine etc. pls pour your suggestions guys
