My laptop is overheating

My laptop is overheating when i play games and its crash or lagging i have changed the thermal paste in my laptop.

• Model: ASUS TUF Dash F15(2021)

• CPU: Intel Core i7 (11th Gen)

• GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 (4GB)

• RAM: 16GB

• Storage: 512GB SSD

• OS: Windows 11
