[REQUEST] [STEAM] Forza Horizon 5

REQUEST

Why gifting me Forza Horizon 5 wouldn’t be wasted (and would actually mean a lot)

Hi, r/GiftofGamesđź‘‹
I know posts like this are everywhere, so I want to be upfront and genuine instead of dramatic or entitled.

I’m asking for Forza Horizon 5 on Steam—not because I’m trying to get something for free with no effort—but because this game genuinely lines up with what I love doing and what I’m trying to build.

I’m deeply into cars, open-world driving, and especially creating content around them. Forza Horizon 5 isn’t just a game to me—it’s basically a sandbox for creativity. Cinematic shots, goofy challenges, clean builds, chaotic races, calm cruising… FH5 does all of that better than almost anything else out there.

If someone were to gift me this game, it wouldn’t sit untouched in a library. I’d be playing it regularly, exploring every corner of the map, experimenting with cars, making clips, and sharing that excitement online. I enjoy turning gameplay into something entertaining—whether that’s short-form content, challenges, or just appreciating cars the way only this series allows.

I’m not asking out of laziness. I’ve been working toward getting the game myself, but life priorities come first, and games naturally go on the back burner. This post is me taking a small chance and trusting the kindness of strangers rather than demanding anything.

Why should you gift it?

  • You’d be giving someone hours of genuine joy, not a throwaway download
  • The game would actively be used, talked about, and appreciated
  • You’d be helping someone create, not just consume
  • And honestly—you’d be making a random stranger’s week (or month)

There’s no obligation here. If this post gets ignored, that’s okay. If you just read this, thank you for your time. And if you’re someone who enjoys making someone else happy for no other reason than you can—then just know your kindness wouldn’t be forgotten.

Either way, thanks for reading.
