You own Microsoft now, but you have almost no control.
You are now the sole shareholder of Microsoft, and the principal of the Board of Directors having one member. But sadly you don't have much control over how the company plans, operates and runs. Namely, you can't announce mass layoffs, you can't fire anyone, and you are only allowed to keep hiring people. You can't do anything to raise the profits of the company, like raising the price, inserting more ads, or investing in AI, only keep profits as it is. You are allowed to make new apps, as long as it's not AI, and innovate as long as it is not for cutting costs, or reducing human resources. Also, you have to make sure you listen to employees and do a survey on what they want. As long as the top voted idea isn't about money, you have to do it. You need to be careful, if you do anything against the rules, you will die from a heart attack.
