Best recent set to draft

For a birthday my pod is going to get a booster box and do a draft. We're trying to pick a set to do and have a price limit of about $200 and would like to keep it a little lower if possible.

I'd like to keep it somewhat recent and in-universe.

What's would be the best bang for the buck?
