Does anybody know if banking apps work with the Chinese honor win/win rt? (In the UK?)

Hey I'm tempted to order one of these phones I'm just not sure what to expect. I'd love to hear any information from somebody who may have experience importing one of these or a similar phone.

Also Does Google pay work? Is it possible to change to Google assistant and/or Gemini - this last one isn't a deal breaker as I rarely ever use the Google assistant on my phone 😂

Thanks for any info you may share 😊
