Is this related to the eustachian tube?

Hi guys I got a myringotomy WITHOUT a tube in my right ear on October 29th to see if it relieved any pressure i was feeling. (It did not, it only made it worse and I'm now sure the pressure I feel is due to tmj) . The pressure has gotten somewhat better and the hole healed nicely with no scar tissue but my right ear still feels like it has more pressure from the myringotomy. I've noticed that when I swallow I only occasionally hear a crackle and it's like my right eustachian tube isn't opening and all my right ear needs to feel normal again is to pop. Did the myringotomy somehow f up my eustachian tube? Has anyone else experienced this?
