Date of filing/service if via LBC? Date of drop-off to LBC or date it was sent out for delivery by the branch?

Imagine if I dropped-off my pleading at 6PM today, past LBCs cut-off time. The ticket will show two dates, the date of drop-off and the day it will be sent out. Strictly speaking, what is considered as the date of filing/service?

Is still not very clear. Also, what branch has extended hours?
