I don't like my style. I want from to change top to bottom

I need some help guys. I don't like my present style. I want to change completely. I'm short 5'4".

All this time, I was just wearing clothes with no fashion sense at all. I want to change it. I don't know where to start.

Everytime I try to buy some clothes, I se thr price tags stopping. Ego is stopping me from shopping at thrifting stores. I never went to a thrift store before.

I live in Bangalore. All these people they got fashion sense in general. I'm doing an internship right now. Thats why money is tight for me. I don't like my colleague's fashion sense. Can't seem advice from them.

I really like ASAP Rocky, 2PAC, etc. they inspire me and shit. I want to dress in such a way that it goes like them and it doesn't exaggerate my short height

How do I change my fashion game?
