Cant use my VPS

I've been paying $20 a month for my Ubuntu 22.04 VPS and today I go to add a new nginx site and ran into an issue of nginx not working at all. So i reinstalled my VPS os trying to fix it and now i cant even access it through SSH or the Terminal button. I have turned on emergency mode, reset the firewall, reset the VPS configuration and nothing is working. If anyone has an idea on what to do please let me know other than that this service is a complete waist of time and a pain to deal with.
