People who love to call out other people and humiliate them online… Why?

I just can’t understand why people do this. Here I am, trying to do tasks and yet I get called out and humiliated? To maintain professionalism, I just apologized but God knows how deeply I was humiliated and even admittedly a bit angry. Ang daya na no one calls them out for their behavior yet no one looks out for the one who was humiliated and check up on them. Nakakabwiset, sarap sumigaw sa inis.
