Is Texas Star legit? Rude staff feedback

I went to Star Loans of Texas to ask about a loan. The staff was so rude and condescending. They talked to me like I was stupid and made me feel terrible. I would never do business with a company that treats people like that. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
