Theatre Couldn't Get Iron Lung to work? 🥲 (canadian)

Does my theatre just suck? Theatre was basically full for the 6:45 showing.. we waited, got the bad news that the projector was broken and offered to switch our tickets to the later showing at 9:30. Many people made the switch only to be told that night that they couldn't get the movie to load?

Did this happen at anyone else's theatre.. Alberta, Canada or anywhere else in the world?

I'm so devastated as I can just try going to a different theatre but I'm suddenly scared that it will happen at another theatre. (Like to make it clear I'm not blaming ANYONE specifically except just a shitty situation)

I want to support mark and his movie SO BADLY. I was fully ready to go alone and feel fully immersed and I was very clearly surround by other fans. It could have been such a wholesome moment that is hard to get in my city.
