How to fix sample delay?

On multiple devices, the samples of the default instruments and samples from the bandlab sound section had an audio latency within the actual program and not the audio output. Even with wired headphones these have delays. After saving projects and importing my own samples, when reopening, the audio that i had placed in the project has been delayed, which you can see in the audio clip that the sample was automatically delayed by the website. the strange thing is with 16gb ram device it has this delay and on an 8gb ram device there is no problem with the delay. Please give a solution to this issue.
