In defense of Rob R

Alright I'm writing this when already a little heated so I might come off a bit strong but this has pmo for too long now and basically I've snapped. So I've been a Rob defender (not that I actually ever said anything) since Love Island days honestly, not that I've ever really liked him much I honestly just think he's okay, but it has always baffled me how quickly this man will attract hate from literally nothing.
Traitors season 4 started and I was relieved to see people being receptive but the second there's even the tiniest mistake from him the hate is IMMEDIATELY back and I just don't get it.
Now the defense, for starters him being tied to Colton. Colton is literally the best person for him to bring to the end, he's loud and always on the offensive and will accuse anyone except Rob, additionally having people like Colton, or Mark, or Stephen around will have Rob blend in when it comes to endgame. If Rob was at the end with 4-5 girls, I don't think he's gonna have much cover.
Additionally I do think he misplayed this episode by obviously going after Lisa at the roundtable, it wasn't a good move, but he absolutely can still be annoyed by Candiace voting for him because she didn't have an actual REASON to vote for him other than being pissed at him. (which is fair, she's allowed to have that reaction, I am by no means a Candiace hater, I'm just saying it's not hypocritical for him to be annoyed)
People are allowed to dislike Rob, I don't even like him that much, but people get insanely personal when it comes to hatred for him and really annoying when it comes to discussing him. This is because lots of the time people who defend Rob are called "simps" just because he's conventionally attractive, that's what pmo the most because at that point you're not even interested in having a discussion.
Anyways I know this post is the most chronically online thing I've ever done but I needed to get this off my chest at some point, if anyone has any questions I am interested in responding but please KEEP IT CIVIL
