Companies worth climbing the corporate ladder

What corporate companies have great opportunities for growth? For example, Progressive has entry level positions at starting at $22 an hour, Green Alert time which is time the company gives off to employees they can take at any time, yearly raises even for entry level employees, end of the year bonuses even for entry level employees, boot camps and programs to train in IT dept, Analyst, coaching, supervisor positions, to build a career, they provide all the equipment to work remote but they over staffed and growing in the company seems to be delayed significantly at least for now. I’d like to know if there are other companies with similar benefits and perks that offer work life balance and opportunities for growth beyond entry level positions.
