Picking up zeri as a hyper carry

Needing a hyper carry adc so I’m picking up zeri. I’m a diamond adc who has played zeri a couple times but would like advice on what my thought process should be during laning phase/team fights but also when is my first spike to be able to fight?

Also what you guys have more success with. Runnan or Head hunter?
