Threats and Corporate

Hello all, I’ve been having issues with my manager such as being picked on and possible retaliation for telling on her. I work at the Starbucks. I’m being moved but also I got into a verbal altercation with my coworker, she threatened to slap me. When reported nothing was done, and my last few shifts were given away to her. I feel like her threatening me should be grounds for termination. I want to contact corporate because I feel like local hr is not helping. Thoughts?
