Need punishment ideas

Hiiiii arf arf!

I've been a pretty bad dog lately cumming without permission, and my owner wants to give me a good punishment, but she's making me choose the punishment.

Our usual punishments of heavy impact play and degradation aren't working anymore because I'm such a pathetic masochist they're nothing but rewards for me at this point. It has to be something that reeeeally humiliates or hurts me for it to be a proper punishment.

Any ideas for this poor stupid puppy?
