Form 1 nclex new york

Hi po! I’d like to ask for help lang po sana. I answered my form 1 for NCLEX new york in one sitting but upod answering the gender and ethnicity, and submit, it said na continue application option and anddd documents only, i cannot proceed since i dont have social securtity nunber. I email them po. What should i do? Just start again with the form? Id appreciate your help. Thank you
