DOST SCHOLARSHIP for GRADUATE STUDENTS

I know darating din naman yung stipend, pero at some point I hope I knew na ganito palang stress ang aabutin ko. I resigned with my job last June and thankfully natanggap naman sa DOST but here comes the delayed stipend, it’s been 7 months. Baon na ako sa utang to the point na nakakadepress na. Sana hindi muna ako nag resign pala huhu
