What do I add to my friend group?
I barge into a bunch of lifelong friendships and romances and try and act like I've always been part of the crew, when in reality, I don't like the shit that they like, I don't play the shut that they play, and whenever something I knew comes up, I shout and cry for the single fucking chance that we can, for ONCE, have a SINGLE. FUCKING. INTERACTION. where I can do more than SIT THERE and just nod and say "yeah, that's on my list" knowing the fact that it'll never be watched.
I play this game called Frantic Fanfic with them, it's about writing certain fictional characters into crossovers and shit and exchanging them a ways through. Literally EVERY time I play Frantic with them, it's just some attempt from me to force them to write about things I know - that's how many of the stories they make fall to fucking pieces the second they fall into my hands. I drag them all into it at like two in the fucking morning on school nights usually because I'm alone and don't have a girlfriend and never will.
Tonight, I left a game they were playing about anime questions, and by the end I was at negative points, and a common joke in the discussion became "Let him have this" or "let him have some pity points".
It just made me realize how little I add to their shit. I thought I had a place here, but I just don't think I do. Well, unless that place is "the one who doesn't know anything". I need to stop being a Nintendo baby and actually play and watch some actual entertainment
