Very lonely, parents are abusive

My mom is extremely abusive. The main things she is guilty of doing are threatening me and also yelling or screaming at me, particularly when I’m out late. This has been relentless. I’ve been having some difficulties with work and my life in general and she hasn’t been supportive towards my needs.

My dad is a bit better but he enables the behaviors that my mom exhibits. He always says he will take care of the issues but he never does.

I’ve been struggling also because I feel like my gf is distant and I only get to see her once a week despite dating her for five months. She doesn’t seem to be open to doing anything else at this time. We haven’t slept together because she’s religious, and when I text her she takes hours to text back.

I’m just very lonely and not in a good place at the moment, I at least wish my mom was more supportive.
