Diamond city radio glitch

So i have over 100 hours in Fallout 4 in PS5 but i saw a sale on steam so i bought it and now playing it on pc. The Diamond city radio songs have been ending and switching to the next song right before their actual end, does anybody know something about this? Also the thousands of quests starting after i leave the vault didnt show up. Is that bc of pc?
