How did you guys find stocks like TCGL and RPGL?? Insane one day runs.

Just want to know how you guys find these amazing plays!! Like damn!! They had some insane runs today. Is it just luck or is there something I can do myself to find these kind of setups just wondering.

Any advice appreciated.
