Realtek Speakers(R) suddenly "disappeared"

Motherboard: Mortar max B450M
CPU: Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, 3701 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)

Issue: i went afk for a bit and i went back to my computer just to see it not pick up any audio, i was configuring my speakers and suddenly, boom. it just doesent exist, but it was still in my realtek audio console. i went to mmsys.cpl to re-enable it by disabling it and enabling it again, and suddenly it is entirely gone. any fix?
