DH stuck in legion Orgrimar

so since my DH got transferred from remix to live hes been stuck in the legion version of orgrimar. there is no quest to pick up to try and progress the broken isles or anything like it i can find a thing. never had to put in a ticket to bliz before so not even sure where to start or what kind of ticket this would fall under

any tips or advise are super appreciated i really want to play my DH
