Am I being scammed?

I have the first version of Boox Leaf and was looking for the case with the buttons. I emailed service@onyx-international.com and Connie replied. We have been exchanging emails, and the next day, she said they have one case in their office and they will send for free but I will have to pay for the shipping fee (15usd). It has been 2 days and I have not received tracking number, so now I am here. Was I scammed?
