Just rerated to CTI, any info is appreciated

I first signed ACEF at MEPS then recently switched over to CTI after talking to a Chief about it, I'm just looking for some info on the rate. Learning a language sounds pretty interesting but I don't know how good I'll be at it. Any advice/ information is greatly appreciated. Also I didn't have to take the Dlab cause I auto qual for the job.
