Hello, nagpamember ako sa AF recently. I'm very new to the gym and I don't know how to use any of the equipment there nor what exercises to do and such. Looking for gym coach to guide meeee, preferably around Fairview QC, tapos may AF membership rin para makakapasok para maturuan ako hehe! Feel free to DM me ❤️
