Need help finding my next tire

It's about time to replace the tires on my 2024 Rav4 and I'm on the hunt. I live in the greater Seattle area so the worst weather I'm anticipating is rain and light snow.

This car will spend probably 90-95% of its life on pavement, and the rest will be on lightly rocky terrain to get to hikes, fishing holes, and logging roads for some other outdoor activities. Therefore I'm looking for more of an AS tire than an AT tire. Good fuel eco and low road noise would be nice.

I was initially looking at Michelin CC2s but I don't have much confidence in the softer rubber on the rockier stuff.
