Car Showroom rentals in Guwahati

Hi Redditors from Guwahati! I was doing a bit of market research for automobile showroom rentals in Guwahati. I am not finding any reliable data on the rents of car showrooms anywhere.

Can anyone please help with any lease transactions or listings that you are aware of? I am mostly interested in Narengi Tinali, Beltola, Noonmati, Silpulhuri areas.
