Commute to Metro Manila

Hi! My work shift runs from 5 PM to 2 AM, and I’m coming from Multinational Village, Parañaque to RCBC Plaza, Makati. Could you recommend the best and fastest commuting options for both directions? I’m a bit concerned about traveling home after my shift ends at 2 AM.
