Is Texas Star Title and Loans legit? Unauthorized withdrawal reviews

I got a title loan from Texas Star Title and Loans. They took the entire $500 payment out of my bank account on the first payment date without warning. It caused my account to go negative and now I have bank fees on top of everything else. Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like I got scammed.
