Is it worth it to keep watching after season 12??

I just got to the end of season 12 and I’m soooo distraught 😭😭 the show hasn’t felt the same since Lexi and mark died and now Derek?? I almost just want to stop watching here. Is it worth it to keep going? I feel like the show should’ve ended when Cristina left
