what to say first gender clinic meet

ftm, pre-t, i was recommended to a gender clinic by my psych clinic, and im very new to adulting and havent been to a gender clinic at all. It’s a walk-in, and I’m not sure what to bring up? My psychiatrist said it’d be good if I just went and discussed my options but I’m very nervous about it haha. Would appreciate any advice!
