Clearance for new CPU Cooler

Hello,

I am planning to replace my stock cooler with a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE.

I wanted to know if there is enough space for the fans of the cooler to be clear of the RAM sticks. and if the CPU Cooler will fit in the cabinet as well.

Specs:

Cabinet - CM Masterbox MB511

Motherboard - MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX

RAM - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 2x8 GB

CPU - Ryzen 5 5600 (Non X)

If any of you have any advice for alternatives to the Cooler in case the clearance is not enough, please let me know.
