How are you managing to sleep?

My new doctor recently prescribed me Vyvanse 30mg. I cannot sleep. My previous doctor had me on it before he retired and he did not drug test me at all.

My new provider made it clear that it is the clinic that wants to do a random drug test every 3 months to a year. I initially started smoking weed due to insomnia without taking any stimulants.

I want to cry I’m so fucking tired. I’ve abstained from smoking in an effort to clean my system but I’m seriously considering calling when they open and asking if THC use would prevent my meds from being filled or if they’re looking to make sure I’m actually taking said medication.

I go to bed between 12:30-1AM and have to get up at 6AM to get ready and commute for 45mins each way(driving) and it is really taking a toll on me and it’s only been about two weeks.
