I overplucked my eyebrows 10 years ago and they won’t grow back. Am I screwed

My eyebrows are thicker in the center and thin out toward the ends. Has anyone else had success with brow serum or other treatments, castor oil etc? Or am I just doomed to forever use an eyebrow pencil now
