Addressing seizure incontinence in public/work/school

My question has two parts:

1. If you ever wet yourself during a seizure but you were in a public setting or work, how did others react? did they say anything or do anything?

2. should a seizure action plan address this? How?

As a grad student in academia, university is my work setting. I learned that I will be traveling with my advisor/mentor soon for a conference. I’m working on my seizure action plan, but I’m not sure if it should address what to do if I loose bladder control during the seizure. When I’m postictal, sometimes I panic when I realized I wet myself. I get really embarassed.

I am also wondering what I should say if people (non family) who are aware of my epilepsy/seizure’s asks me what yo do in the future if I pee during the seizure. Someone asked me this once and I just kinda said ‘nothing’ because I felt embarassed and I also don’t know what they could even do to help.
