Congratulations to everyone receiving I-140 approvals recently, especially applicants from the 75 visa-paused countries 👏

An I-140 approval is a huge milestone, but the path forward can look different depending on current location: • If you are already in the U.S., adjustment of status (I-485) seems relatively straightforward once dates are current. • For those outside the U.S., consular processing remains unclear under the current pause.
