Uh confused

Why whenever my dm runs they sleep with someone…but I’m the one w problems for being angry…every time I try to move on I get bombarded with out of alignment numbers Ex. 112 11:12 332 445 665 998, my twin is/was? irresponsible with their body yet my twins the only person I slept/dated w on my side…pretty ridiculous, I’m not supposed to move on, twins running and “moving on” while I got to do all this “work”🤦‍♀️honestly rather take the easy way out like my twin…it’s been years, I’ve been on my journey for nearly a decade.
