I finished S2 and started S3. "Look Away" is the best option. LONG Rant warning.

I think "Look Away" was the best reaction.

Jane tells you that she lied about killing AJ so she could show Kenny's "true colors".

Jane is the same person who tried to convince Clementine, A 12 year old she had just met recently, to leave her friend, A grieving kid (Ik she's about 15 but I'd still consider her a kid) who watched her father die right in front of her brutally, to get eaten twice, And she's also the same person who decided to do Luke for 10 minutes in an apocalyptic, zombie-filled world when her & Luke were supposed to be helping their group and lady who was actively in labor.

Kenny knew Clementine for about a year, and helped Lee take care of her the entire time, Up until Lee thought Kenny died. About 2 years later, when he found Clementine again, He started taking care of her again. When the group was being confronted by Caver about the radio and Clementine was about to be revealed for having it. He took the radio from her pocket and took the blame for it, Which resulted in his eye getting smashed out with said radio.

Kenny had watched his son almost die in S1 multiple times, Then watched his son actually get bitten. He watched his son slowly turn into a zombie, getting sicker and sicker, until they had no choice but to end his suffering. When taking his son into the woods so they could do that, His wife killed herself in front of him and their son. Only a few minutes later, Kenny watched his son get shot by his best friend.

When in Savannah, Kenny found out that Ben had been part of the reason his family is dead, And he had to deal with that. (If you save Ben in the Bell tower) Kenny then has to deal with Ben, and after getting into the argument with Ben, Put his feelings aside about him. Later, he finds out that Lee, one of his only friends, is bitten, just like his son was. He then has to see his best friend get amputated.

Even though he isn't that big of a "fan" of Ben, he still chooses to risk his life to attempt to save Ben, And even saves Lee's life while doing it. He had to make the quick and hard choice to end Ben's suffering so he wouldn't suffer more by being eaten alive.

After escaping Carver, He had to kill a woman who was holding her baby, because she was turning into a walker. He then had to take care of said baby. After going to the place Arvo had, he repaired the truck in the back to help the group move, Only for some of the group to attempt to steal the truck, and watch Clementine nearly die after Arvo shot her. Kenny is also a Christian character, and in Christianity, Protecting youth is very important.

He did have a horrible temper that was a risk to others, but he genuinely went through a LOT. While Jane didn't have as bad of a temper, She genuinely seemed crazy, Which is also valid, because she went through a lot too.

His immediate reaction of wanting to fight her was valid. He had watched his son die, Watched Clementine nearly die, and now he thought AJ was dead as well. Jane lying about killing AJ was genuinely a Dick move, especially knowing what Kenny went through.

I don't think he should've killed her though. She didn't kill AJ. But at the same time, Him and Clementine did not know that AJ was alive until after, and there was nothing they could do to bring Jane back. I don't hate Jane but I also don't love her.
